- Researchers are to abide by the regulations and terms and conditions governing the services offered at the reading room.
- It is in the interest of the Cathedral Archives to acquire published research conducted in part or in full at the Archives.
- The opening hours of the Cathedral Archives may be subject to change depending on the exigencies of the office. In such cases the public shall be informed in advance accordingly.
- Researchers are to access the reading room and any other publicly accessible area within the Cathedral Archives’ premises.
- Food and drinks are not allowed in any part of the Cathedral Archives’ premises except in the courtyard.
- When handling manuscripts, no writing stationery except pencils can be used in the reading room.
- Users are to place their relevant personal belongings in the available lockers.
- No archival accessions or library reference material can be taken out of the premises of the Cathedral Archives.
- A maximum of three items at a time may be requested.
- Manuscripts which are considered fragile will not be provided unless restored or reprographic copies are available.
- New archival accessions are accepted at the discretion of the Cathedral Chapter.
