The launch of the restored Medieval Choir Stalls (c.1486) took place on Friday, 28th of September 2018. This excellent partial reconstruction is now on display as part of the Museum’s permanent collection, and serves to provide the visitor with a better idea of the beautiful artworks and architectural features once present in the Medieval predecessor of today’s St. Paul’s Cathedral of Mdina.
The restoration, entrusted to the capable hands of Mr. James Saliba, was made possible through the munificence of Madame Marie-Amelie Gleizes Dewavrin, President of the IMC Foundation.
