Benigno Zerafa – 300th Anniversary

This year, the Metropolitan Chapter and the Cathedral Archives proudly commemorate the 300th anniversary of the birth of Don Benigno Zerafa, one of Malta’s most distinguished Baroque composers. As part of this celebration, a dedicated website has been launched to showcase Don Benigno Zerafa’s life and musical legacy, promote commemorative events, provide educational resources, and encourage members of the public to support the initiative by becoming volunteers. This project has been made possible through funding from the Voluntary Organisations Project Scheme (VOPS), managed by the Malta Council for the Voluntary Sector and supported by the Ministry for Inclusion and the Voluntary Sector (MIV).
